Both Social Bookmarking and directory submission are different Off-page SEO techniques. Social bookmarking is more beneficial to get traffic on website. But you need to focus on major issue in bookmarking of C-class IP, so never try to get backlink from C-class websites. Directory submission are helpful to create backlink for a website. As we all knows that directory submission considered as spam by search engine, so try to create backlink using high PR and relevant directories with quality work.
